Berkshire East
March 14, 2021
The UMass Ski Team traveled out to Berkshire East to have a COVID safe day of skiing. The team got some much needed time on snow, as well as the chance to meet some of our new members just starting out at UMass. After a great day of skiing, the team gathered in the parking lot to get to know each other.

Men and Womens team make Regionals
February 24-25, 2018
2018 USCSA regionals took place at West Mountain in New York. Eleven of our athletes competed at the Slalom and GS races. The Women's team placed 7th out of 15 teams in slalom and 5th out of 16 teams in giant slalom. The men's team placed 8th out of 16 teams in slalom and 7th in giant slalom out of 16 teams. Regionals was also our first race where we got to wear our brand new Sync GS suits!
The Men's Team Takes on Regionals
February 22-24, 2019
This year the entire team travelled to Sugarloaf Mountain in Maine to watch our four races compete. We are very grateful to the Gifford Family for housing us at their amazing on-mountain-condo! John Martin placed 25th and Jeff Costello placed 26th on Saturday for the GS race. On Sunday, the boys only raced one run due to a big snow storm and the accompanying strong winds. For slalom, John Martin finished 31st, Jonah Glickman came in 34th and Jeff Costello was 49th. Overall, the team was happy to have such a successful season, and sad to say goodbye to our seniors (John Martin, Jonah Glickman, President Elizabeth Brown, and Olivia Izzi)
